Results on a 200MHz Pentium Pro (under Linux):
It should be noted that, due to extreme
variations observed in the benchmark results in response to small
changes in the code, we consider the Pentium Pro results to be very
unreliable. We actually ran the benchmark on two different
Pentium Pro machines. Both sets of results are displayed
below--notice the dissimilarity, especially the marked difference in
CWP's performance on the two machines.
